    My gf account got banned. Help!

    Hi OC guys, Recently my girlfriend account was perma banned for "Economy abuse" cause she transfer me 2.24M gold to me but...

    I give her that gold 2 weeks ago from my account cause I was going to get piloted but the pilot never happend so I just ask her to give me my gold back. She gave it back to me yesterday and today her account was suspended.

    Now I'm doing the ticket to appel this action but anyone knows any trick to get it unbanned? I'm a lawer so I can make really good arguments about what happend and why this is not a violation of the ToS but you never know when you are dealing with Blizzard...

    I hope she don't lose her account.

    Any help is good taken and sorry for my poor english. TYVM guys.

    Piloting is obviously against the rules so you cannot mention this in your ticket. You can however give the character name you used to mark her, time & date, and the realm. Then you need to make a bs excuse that's believable.. Something can work.. Even something like "to prove to my irl partner I teased her a large proportion of my gold, then after a couple weeks break from wow I asked her to return it and she did. She has now reciever a permanent ban for 'economy abuse'. If you look after her tease logs etc you can see NONE of this went to anyone else and no economy abuse or rule breaking was intended.

    You should also include her account name (btag etc) and get her to send in a ticket of a similar nature.

    to be honest from experience, all ticket created when you're banned for "Economy abuse" are all generic auto reply emails.

    I've had accounts banned that had nothing to do with botting / selling gold but obviously linked from same HWID and IP from botting machine and still nothing was done about it when i tried emailing them again for the third time about it but again same auto reply email.

    Regardless of how well you know the law or what not they will highlight the bit in the terms and conditions that blizzard has to right to close accounts at any time mumbo jumbo.

    i hope she gets it back and have better luck then i did with all the auto reply email you get from Economy abuse.

    Thx both. Problem solve. I send a 2pages appeal and they answer in less than 1 hour. No generic response and she got her account back and already farming the new pets

    Of course I don't mention that it was for a pilot so we said that it was because I was going to sent my compute to technical support and I was playing in a public pc. It was a believeble thing cause I also change my PW when I give her the gold so I think it was a decent excuse :P

    As for the email, next time consider calling them - if there is a next time. It should also be said, that her account may now also have it's first flag on the account.

    My main language is not the english dude

    Yeah I told her that anyway her account is now flagged. But she don't do anything but farming pets mounts and some casual raiding. I'm the exploiter lol
