    Help please? Lol

Well I was hacked while omw to help repel a few people at the crossroads on my 61 troll rogue.
And for some reason blizz said they cant help..
    Which pisses me off immensley
Well anyway Ive spent a LOT of time on him and I was wondering how to get it back.
The person who hacked the account apparently hasnt been on since he hacked it.
He also changed the email on it so my security question is usless
Can anyone tell me how to hack an account from just knowing the username?
    If ya can

    Thanks
