Hey guys i wonder if this is correct section to post this, sorry if i was wrong.
have anyone been banned using a bot ? for Archaelogy, i tried it last night and been banned and now trying to make a ticket to blizzards but i wonder if i have any chance of getting account back, any tips? thank you

Don't tell blizzard about bots. If you do that you will never get account back.

so i dont admit to them that i tried to use bot? what would i say to them please any ideas? what if say i was using bot for other game while wow was on and might have interfered with it ?

Tell them you got hacked. Or make some excuse. Just dont tell them you hacked on Purpose.

I found an old ticket that worked for me.I`ll post it here.Hope that it will help people like you.It helped then.so you can give it a try and please MODIFY so it won`t be the same.

Unfortunately my computer was banned for the use of 'Third Party Software' which has led me to this sad decision that I'm now taking to retrieve my account. Within my household we share the same computer as I currently don't work, my younger siblings are obviously too young to work, my older brother is currently studying, therefore my parents are the main supporters of us, making it very restricting on these said luxuries, however we do get by. With that computer comes my older brother's WoW account which whilst not studying he does play rather hardcore and I have mine, therefore no account sharing has taken place.I was raiding several days back and on a ten minute break decided to quickly run to the shop as some supplies for the night where very needed. Obviously, during this process my computer was left on as I've never had any issues with account breaching from within my house and I never ALLOWED any access to my account. When I returned, I came back to a permanent ban which was extremely crushing and confusing as this was the first ever ban allocated to this account and I purely done nothing wrong. I thought maybe the hacking of my account occurred, therefore ran several virus scans to discover RAT software on the computer which was in turn eradicated from the computer. I done the relevant safety checks, ensuring the safety of my email account and other vital passwords and precoded to format Windows to ensure one hundred percent safety.Throughout that evening I spoke with my brother and due to his heavy workload he revealed that he was using a bot to aid his account which was ran when I was at school (Which is possible due to us having alternative educational timetables). I have minor knowledge about these programs, let alone their background processes and it was being ran in the background consistently. My brother claimed that it was impossible to find after me getting banned, however I was permanently banned for no reason what so ever and I want this to be understood and reverted.After some extensive research I understood how the WoW client works, tracking these sorts of programs and came to conclude that it was a walking time bomb waiting to detonate as one day it would have picked the program up and reported it to Blizzard. Of course that program has been deleted but so has access to my account and for what? My brother's actions? Possibly being hacked? I need some serious help in this matter as this account is vital to me and to lose it for this would simply crush a boy who has been inspired to become one of the best players, however this has tarnished that.

The best way to get unbanned for me is the live chat system, you get to have a friendly conversation with a GM so they are in a good mood, then you try to get unbanned by saying "IDK why I got banned for using a third party software, only noobs use bots lol!" or something to make the GM laugh. idk it works for me.

Go to support, make your selection of the help you need, click on the options, scroll to bottom of page and you will see phone service, live chat, and ticket. If the option you chose doesnt come with a live chat option choose a different one that may come with the live chat.
just checked the support thing and half the options dont have live chat and the phone lines are full. So try to call them on your phone because its getting so close to WoD and tickets usually take a day. Or go here https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/solution/wow/165 use that topic or try to use a differnt topic.

thank you, im trying my best made a ticket, but all live chats and calls are offline :/ i wonder the oceanic server i play they opened up in Australia wonder how to get their number if they r in any help at all

Dude, just tell them in one sentence. I got hacked, it's not me. They'll reply and reduce to 72 hrs ban. That's it. If you get caught again... It's gonna be permanently ban so be careful.
