    WoW Garrison WORKOUT!

    Hey everyone! TeamSASA has created an exercise routine designed to be done while doing Garrison activities. I hope these routines find those who can benefit from them so please share with anybody you feel this could help. We would be very grateful.     Haha, well we are making routines for garrison, questing, and dungeons/raids as well. We definitely want to improve on anything we can so they are not awful and people will actually use the routines. Do you have any feedback to make the routines better? I'm all ears.

    The video was a bit cheesy I must say but the routine itself is solid. If you ignore the cheesy aspect of it, then it's a cool idea that you can definately improve upon .

    I have some ACTUAL feedback for you:

    - First off I like the "CHEESY" ness as some people call it. Its obviously sarcastic comedy (unless that guy acts like that then please stop) but this is all in good fun. Dont make videos unless you're having fun making them and this looks like fun. So keep this up

    - I'm wondering what TARGET audience you made this for. This looks like it was made for someone who works out regularly. Keep in mind that you are talking to an audience who is sedentary 90% of the time. I showed this to my guild and they stopped the video at burpees let alone hand stand pushups. I think I did 4 burpees before I gave out myself and i've been on a caloric deficit since last June. If you're gonna make health videos for gamers, start from scratch IE: Walking, jumping jacks, situps(without the epic flying mount ball).

    A person who hasn't done ANYTHING in a long time to better themselves is gonna do 2 or 3 of these workouts then quit. Not because they dont WANT to, but because they cannot physically do these like flip themselves into handstand position and even hold it there. So keep that in mind for the next video. Not everyone is at THAT level of physical fitness and if this video isn't aimed for a general audience but a more HEALTHY audience then disregard what I said and keep making them this way. Something you can do is "Hey guys do 40 pushups OR if you cannot do pushups do THIS instead to replace those 40 pushups you cant do" like an alternative.

    -Switch between Alliance and Horde cut scenes for your videos. All I see is Alliance scum, why the hell would I want to follow THAT (said hardcore Horde followers) dont cut your audience in half by showing Alliance favoritism.

    -In my time of losing weight, my workout played a small role in getting healthier. My diet is where I screwed up over and over again. So maybe if you're gonna aim at making these for gamers, include some diet tips. What can US gamers substitute soda with? Why SHOULDN'T i eat that 9th slice of Pizza? etc etc. Possibly even do a flow chart of what to eat and drink.

    -I believe you should include Free Weights and cardio in these videos. When I picked up those barbells and dumbells I started to physically see the change. But this is just a suggesstion because a lot of people get turned off by having to go out and BUY something extra for something that CAN possibly done for free. IDK. I made that investment others might too.

    Overall your video was pretty decent. I wasn't able to do all those pushups at all, too many things to collect in my level 3 mine. But I see what you're trying to do and I respect it. In making videos or trying to stream, you're ALWAYS gonna come across people telling you that you SUCK and you should KILL YOURSELF etc etc. This is true for ANYTHING that you're trying to throw out there so pay no attention to that, keep doing what you do and focus on what the people want. Remember when you first made this video you were probably sitting there thinking this shit up and you felt inspired enough to grab a pen and make a workout, well keep that inspiration that hit you in your mind anytime you feel like quitting. DO NOT QUIT and you will make it.

    I am glad that you like the cheesy-ness. We know it's not for everybody but you are right, it makes doing these videos so much more enjoyable.

    In all avenues that we have posted this video, we have received the same feedback and that is that this routine is TOO hard. You are all correct and we will be creating more routines to address many issues but the difficulty will be our main focus. Typically, we have multiple routines at different difficulties for each game that we cover but because there are so many different ways to play WoW, we were going to create more generalized routines for each aspect. We realize now, not only was that method a mistake but even the generalized routine was too difficult. Not sure what we were thinking with the Burpees and Hand Stand Push-ups. Because of the high volume of WoW players and the varying levels of physical capabilities, we will return to creating different difficulties for each aspect and focus on scaling each difficulty accordingly.

    I am also glad you mentioned the Alliance favoritism lol. For the record, I love both sides. I am aware that each faction has a STRONG sense of pride for toward their side and HATE for the opposing scum. The gameplay was originally supposed to be equal on both sides but the Alliance footage was recorded in higher quality so I used more of that. Upon launching the routine, we wondered if anybody would notice, we were fools! This will definitely be fixed in the following routines.

    As for the the health and diet tips, I do have a diet video that is primarily for weight loss and muscle maintenance that should have at least been mentioned in the wall of annotations at the end of the video. It is a little outdated so I will be remaking it with updated information and I will be making a video about weight and strength gaining in the future as well.

    Also, to your next point about free weights and yoga. I totally agree. Like the varying levels of physical capabilities and all the different ways to play WoW, there are so many different ways to exercise, as well. Everyone is different and take to different things. After reading your feedback, we have had a very important conversation about changing the way these routines are done to cover more bases and target a wider demographic. Originally, our mindset was for the routines not to require any kind of expensive purchases as not to create financial barriers but you are right, again. There are people out there like you that may be willing to purchase additional equipment or who have already purchased the equipment. Great point, this helped us a lot.

    Xcure, we cannot thank you enough. Your feedback has been invaluable to us, every bit of it. Hopefully we can get this down to a fine science so that the routines can be as comprehensive and effective as possible.We definitely look forward to any more feedback you may have for our future videos!
