im new and trying this repack have a few ??

ok im new as you now im trying this repack but I don't have the core game and this core seems to be a patch so how do I get the main game because nothing works on the repack yes you can run around but flight paths don't work most quests are broke spells don't work so on or is this the state of the repack thus far and if you don't need the main game to download I was on for about 1 hr running around and never got 1% downloaded some one please explain what ive done wrong or where I can get main game to make this work.
