whether this is an exploit or not is up to you, but using Aspect of the Fox makes you be as if you were standing still, therefore you can maintain your Sniper Training if you use it just before you're gonna move.

Umm... ya, the actual tooltip says that is its intended purpose. Sorry, this isn't even close to an exploit.

Lol it doesn't say that on the tooltip at all, actually it implies that its to help your friends cast while moving, Sniper Training isn't a cast or a spell.

Intended behavior, not an exploit.
"Whether you know it or not" AsFox affects a lot of things, as in everything. Hunters don't have a lot of standstill-casts, but what we do have is:
Powershot, Focusing Shot and all items in the game (bandages, hearthstones, profession items, mounts)
Think about it like this - AsFox makes the game behave like you stand still, but you can move.
