Salvage yard Level 3

Has anyone noticed a severe lack of salvage drops and even less follower tokens when upgrading from 2 to 3?

Seems like it. But I've seen a couple of other people report the same thing on wowhead,mmochamp and such

Think its a chance on even higher items, a friend of mine bought a mythic item from someone whos supposedly got it from salvage yard

Maybe he got it from BMAH? Much more realistic imo.
