Unbanned accounts

Hello guys.

First of all i didn't find any of this so if this is a repost i'm really sorry just delete it.
I also don't know where to really put this.

So i think i found something weird and i need you guys to confirm this.
So i onde bought here an account not gonna say from who because i don't know if i'm allowed to,
either way it was a really good service. So usually you merge those accounts and they get banned
short after. That was what happened to me, i merged the account got the stuff and few days later got banned.
Few months later i heard from a friend that he once got is account banned since tbc and would love to get it back
but it was really hard stuff to get unbanned from.
I recomended also a service from here but he needed the account info, so he proceded to life chat to a gm.
He ended up merging his account getting 15days play time and no ban(?), he got really happy and stuff.
Now this is where it gets interesting.
I received 7 days free from blizz to put on my account and by, i don't know what really crossed my mind, i putted it
in the banned account.
I was able to play...
Did blizzard by giving MoP to every account lead to unnban?
Is this known stuff?


EDIT:Screenshot, account says canceled, i can log in and play.


EDIT2: Forgot to mention that every other account was unavailable to get the 7 days because maybe i already used it or because they have time in it. And the 7 days were given by blizzard by email

TL;DR: Blizzard removed banns by giving MoP to old accounts?




PS: Seems to not work to other people i didn't do anything expecific just what i said, i'm from EU if you can try if you want. If it doesn't work sorry for waisting your time.

well i got an old account banned and the link for 7days in my mail...gonna test this now!


LE: After clicking on link from mail, i cannot select the banned account: "Not Eligible"
LEE: Also tested with some more recent banned accounts, same thing.

No, the promotion link didn't work but my main account that got banned 19/4/2013 is currently frozen and not banned.

You can get it back talking to a GM identifying yourself i guess sir.

It was banned the other day and now when I tried this and I saw my main account was unabanned and 2 other was "not eligible".

Last time I tried to get it unbanned was in february 14' so this is strange.

Didn't work for me.

I had two accounts banned like 2 yrs ago, they both got upgraded to mop and still banned. Promo didn't work.

My account was also banned/canceled and i was able to place the game time and log in, not sure if helps

There is a big difference between banned and canceled.
Banned = Banned
Canceled = Your subscription is inactive. Add time to your account and use it whenever.
