Poundfist therycrafting?

Hello Ownedcore community..

I have been in a 40man group the last 10-12 hours, camping all the diffrent mount dropping rares, i myself have been camping poundfist beacuse that is the mount i would be saddest missing out on.
But as we have camping and waiting we have started to theorycraft diffrent spawnpoints and maybe even methods to get him to spawn.
My idea was that maybe the 3 big ogronn kinda elites(sor mor and gro) walking around in his area could spawn him if you kited them together and killed them, but we haven't been able to do so beacuse of people killing them before they were at one place.
It could also have something to do with the cave calle Fissure of fury beacuse of Bashioks riddle earlier(https://twitter.com/Bashiok/status/534423308683321344) and that one dude from the group said that he had seen his corpse at the bottom of the cave on his own realm.

So my question to you guys is:

What do you think is up with him, just a long spawn time or a special event thingy:-)

People was talking about Poundfist spawned at The Maelstrom realm, there were corpse around his spawn point. Maybe it was only hordes and alliance killing each other? I have no idea, 21.20 EU time. Some says that he also spawning once a week.
