DC after 4 seconds..

So me and my friend decided to go to Gorgrond and level up to 98, i took the flight path, and he tried to BUT.. it wouldnt let him, it said something with the taxa service wasnt available, and then he somehow couldnt move, he disconnected, and now whenever he tries to get online, he disconnects every 4 seconds, and it says hes ''busy''.

is there anything we can do?
he opened a ticket, but we cant wait to level up, so much trafic atm..
