[Perm. Banned] Chances of reactivation?

Hi mates.

As my Acc got a perm.-bann 54mins before the expansion went live, i'm quite enraged atm.
After a normal ticket, where I claimed I didn't use any bot/hack, I directly got the answer to write to the Legal Department, without a chance to answer.
So far, my hopes are down low.

It's quite some time ago, but there were people who "sold" their ability/time to talk with blizz to reactivate banned accounts.

I'm eager for anything - really helpful tips, contacts to mentioned people, and stuff.

Also, i looked into my local exe-logging-files - it seems, as if around 20 minutes befor the ban, I opened a programm for about 20seconds, called "sonar.exe" but couldn't find a clue so far about it. I can't find it on my local harddrives, seems I didn't understood it and deleted it.

I got permanently banned aswell. Got hacked twice within this month, which i also posted here on the forums.

+ made a video about. It seems like i got banned for Third-Party software and the message is:

***NOTICE OF LICENCE TERMINATION***

Blizzard refuses to unban my account and say that it doesn't matter who used the third party software, i am fully responsable for my account.

So even if your account was hacked and used for cheating, your chances are close to non
