Banned, nowhere else to turn

Hello everyone. i post this here but please move it is in the wrong sub.
So, my wow account got banned (just the wow account, not the whole battle.net) for "selling account" (witch is 100% bs btw).
now i sent a mail to csblizzeu but they say that i have the wrong info on my passport.
I registered to WoW before battle.net existed, and i was like 8 years old then.
What can i do? is the account lost forever?

Send them everything, old CD keys, something other than a passport ID (driver license), old keys from gamecards etc etc, just throw everything at them at once, and call them on skype its alot easier to talk to a human being than writing to a retarded bot.

they said the normal GM's cant help. So i have to mail :/

don't give up trying.
they hate servicing these disputes 'cause it costs them money and their scam at Blizz is to force you to buy another battle chest.

don't let them bully you into doing that. they're picking on a minor etc. mean Blizz! evil !!!

blizzard is notorious for banning. well in my experience of over 70 accounts..

If its your first time, ive committed to the crime, ive said i was hacked, ive done all sorts of stuff to get my accounts back, Rarely have i ever gotten them back, but..

Your best bet, if itts your main account hiree the Unban service. In my experience they know what they are doing, but are careless about some customers cases.

First ban, you prob will get away with it.. if your like the person ive mentioned.. well y0uR SoL son!

Best way I find is if you have a CD key from an expansion or anything you can give as proof of purchase. I use my MoP CD key whenever things get hairy, and I'll be hanging onto my WoD key as well. It's just good to keep that info in a safe place
