Late 2014: What's the fasted way to level 85-90

I did use the search function but most threads are a) at least 1 year old or b) the leveling tactic/spot got nerfed into the ground.

I'm wondering what the fasted way to level is due the fact that I have to level around 6 toons from 85 to 90 in preparation for wod/gold making.

Depending on the class, i'd still say the worms on timeless isle. Its like an hourish per level.

Warlock/shadow priest/4 dks. All in twink gear with chants/gems. I'm sure that i could farm the worms easily on my lock/shadow. Not so sure about the Death knights.

Also: I was reading in one of the ownedcore threads that the worms got nerfed quite a bit?

I did worms on my main character to level, this was just a few months ago. Not nerfed. Big bonus if you have rested. bigger bonus if you have a friend on a different realm so you can kill 2 sets of worms at every tree.
Didn't do it all in one sitting, but took me around an hour per level, except at the end where I farmed 2 sets of them, for a level per 30 mins (last couple levels),
The worms XP scale up for every level, so it's always the same speed

If you have a friend. I highly suggest powerleveling either north of Fire Camp Osul in Townlong, or all around Sra'vess west of Niuzao Temple.

With some decent gear it came out to about 45 minutes per level without rested. But it depends on how fast you can pull and how fast your friend kills.

Worms on Timeless Isle aren't bad if you're by yourself though, just make sure to grab the buffs around the Isle.

Leveling is easiest when you do it in pairs or groups and take on higher leveled mobs. The easiest way I have found to level is doing raids but that is just me.

worms on timeless arent bad once you get in the groove of it, i got a feral druid up in 4 or 5 hours with the max rest in the start and my shammy is at 87 but i got him to 87 in probably one and a half because he murders the worms faster than they respawn
