[Question] Appealed account still banned

Hey guys!
Months ago I got my account banned and started appealing. Last week I wrote my 2nd ticket and got the follwoing response :

"I have however reduced the ban to a final warning, any further incidents like this will result in permanent account closure."

From the following I understood that my perma ban is removed? Got this message on Sunday @ 12:22. Three days later my account status is still BANNED? From what I know, after a GM removes perma ban it is followed by 72 hours penalty suspension. Tho they have passed, I still can't log in nor make a payment to pay my account....
Has anyone encountered the same problem before or knows whats going on exactly.

When they give me Perma ban on 1 of my accounts for Abuse of Economy I appealed for that afterwards. They said they made a mistake and reduce my ban on final warning (72H). I waited 7 days and nothing happened so I made a ticket again and they said they made mistake again and I have perma till now.

Hi FHM, iirc these final warnings can last up to 14 days.
Perhaps more depending on the severity of the infraction.

On servers w/ bad economy (i.e. nothing available on AH for the raiders etc.) or servers where you took a free Xfer to Hell,
you can argue in your appeal that the bad server along w/ Blizzard's encouragement to go etc. caused part of the economy problem in the first place.
Tell them you were offering a valuable service etc.

Not sure why you got your ban but it sounds like they'll get over it.

It happened to me a few days ago, i decided to appeal an old ban and they reopened the account yet it was still banned. I reset my password and it unbanned itself for some reason.

Its bug on the account management site, for a fake "Banned" status.

You need to attempt login the account in WoW and hopefully, you will see the common Error #206, then after you login the Account Management, you will see the updated "Frozen" status, and need to resub only.
