85 warlock possible new glich i dont know

Hi i was doing arena's on 85 twink and i met against a warlock destro and a mm hunt


and he opened with a 28k conflagrate and soulburned me right after that


i dont know if this is new or just a glich / hack / exploit

anyway this is his armory

He's a twink. He has 112% mastery, 112% more dmg on his conflag.

you can wear mop greens at level 83 or so which is better then any cata pvp gear
