1. You can make the 450 ilvl JC recipes that all use Serpent's Eyes in one way or another and then disenchant them for Ethereal Shards (you will also need some green quality MoP gems for this)
2. You can cut them all and vendor them for 1g17s50c each
3. You can advertise in trade for people to buy them but don't expect to sell millions
4. Post them on AH

I did quick math (high chance it may be wrong) and got out 1484.73g if you were to cut and vendor them all. Which isn't bad considering they're so easy to get. Not sure how long it would take to cut them though.

Alternatively you could make a Serpent's Heart everyday.
