Scammed 1200$

I was scammed 1200$ The guy sent the payment, then for some reason paypal marked it as Unathorized.


I'm trying to take action vs this person, first it was 300$ then 380$ then 270$ then 250$ A few minute's later the 300$ and 380$ was 'unathorized' and then today 270$ and 250$ is unathorized also, I already filled a police report, reported to CGI, I'm going to give him a call, And i have this guy's IP.

Anymore Suggestion's?

Look up his address via his provider (Explain them what he did) and pay him a visit ^_^

Dont live anywhere close to him and i think its fake address he used different pp accounts.

Locate his IP With some IPfinder then tell him that you know where he lives and if he doesn't give the money back you will come to visit.. If that doesn't work then just Sue him

I KNOW where he lives on one of the payments it showed paypal confirmed his address.

He just bought the accounts and logged off. never been back on i also added him to another aim thing hes still offline

you can easily find his address call up the police near his neighborhood and tell him what he did
what i would do would consist of the things in white
Find his address
Drive over there no matter how long it takes me
punch the guy out kick him in the nuts first ofc
take his wallet
tie him up
go to his bank account and take 1250$
call the cops on him
and say you did all this in self-defense!
yes that prolly won't work but be fun to try

To be realistic... I've heard a few claims of people get scammed through "virtual property" type things... sadly a lot of the time, these guys get away with it -_-

The man in me wants to say drive up to his house with a baseball bat...

The social conformer in me wants to say, take legal action, although it could cost you a pretty penny :\

You might be able to get him to cough over the dough with threat of legal action however, as two of my friends have done this and reclaimed their account and money.

You could do like that guy, who was called a nerd on the internet, and then went home to the guy that called him that. When he were there he burned down his housewagon.

In the payment it should of showed where he lived(state),name and last name. If you got that you got power over him now( Intelius.com - White Pages ) Put info in, and call him. Bring him to judge judy then you win!

IMO Post all his info all over the net, give it to people that can seriously **** up his life, and BOOM! HEADSHOT. on the news "Dead body found in the creek, with a note saying "NEVER MESS WITH PEOPLE ON THE NET". We are trying to investigate this."
