How do you force the Phone Support option from Blizzard menu

    How do you force the Phone Support option from Blizzard

    I wanted to appeal a legit unworthy ban on my old account from BC. TLDR; it was hacked and banned for 3rd party programs a couple months later. Back than you could not appeal a permanent ban. It was what it was so I moved on to the account I use now. But now since you can appeal it I feel I should give it a whirl. Some people on reddit in the same situation said to do it via Blizzards new phone support system because they tend to work out better. Some even said they got denied via live support than granted on the phone the day after.

    Well I went into Blizzard support and put in the category "I cant login, ban or suspended." This brought me here Gyazo - db0798144b6ddc28e84791e5aaf32002.png

    Now the only option here is a ticket. Is there anyway to open up the phone option? What would I have to put is my problem to get the option for Blizzards phone support?

    Their phone support is pretty much for Billing only. You'd have to use a billing issue to get to it. Or you could just call them?

    tried using the phone number from the comment above yours and its basically an automated message telling you to go to their website.

    Well if you ever manage to call them and there's 30 min wait time, someone told me that if you press the number 1 like a madman you'll end into a "madman priority list",

    There is no number to call Blizzard CS at anymore - you simply put in a ticket for a callback (which means no waiting on hold, either - they simply call you when the first agent is available).

    IIRC the people who do the phones are mostly for Billing support, but moreover, they don't talk over the phone regarding ban appeals (and it's been that way for a long while). As I understand it, they have a specific team / group of people that handle appeals, and they don't take calls from the public.

    Your best bet really is just to do a ticket or, if it's available, a live chat.
