Question for those who buy use accounts

Hello guys, i've seen the section here in the forums for buying wow accounts. My question is simple. Buying from a acc reseller as we have in the forum how safe is it?

Whats the probabilty of the original owner of the acc get it back? Even if we have all the infos? Is it possible to transfer to a new acc we create with his name but even in this case he can retrieve the char back to the original acc right?

You need to get i.d scan and proof its his as well as secret. Bonus items are the actual email account and any cd keys. personally i do not buy here scame this place is the 1 stop shop for scammers
