Are you only playing on the PTR? If that is the case, ptr often has odd updates now and then and stuff like this happening on PTR are not unheard of, as it is a code-beta environment for future patches.

No I was playing on live. My Battle.net App is a little bit weird like that, it installed Live & the PTR into the same folder.

Edit: This is being accompanied by artifacts on screen as well, I think it might be a GPU issue, I'm not sure.
