before about 2 years ago my brother's account got locked for some reason .
and because of that he couldn't log into his account , so i helped him out by opening a ticket to blizzard with my brother's ID through my account , i asked them to change his account's owner name ( wasn't his real name ) to his real name plus to change his Email account because it was hacked , then one of blizzard's employees responded and did what i asked to my account ! (he changed my account's name to my brother's name) , then i reopened my ticket and explained to them that i was only willing to change my brother's account information , then another employees came and did what i asked and changed my brother's information and apologized . However , my account still under my brother's name .
1 year later i got banned for "exploiting the economy", i opened many tickets trying to get unbanned but it just did not work.
and here comes my idea , can i open a ticket to blizzard and tell them that i lost my control to my account due their mistake on changing my account's name to my brother's name and my brother got into my account because he did some kind of "Account Recovery With ID" and got me banned ?
or can they tell if he did so or not ? don't they take the responsibility here ?
*me and my brother share the same IP because we live together ( the same IP i was using when i got banned ).
