[Help] Site: How to Sell Boosts

I require some assistance in some peoples speciality.
I would like to make a business of selling WoW services, ranging from Gold -> Current Tier HC -> Valor & Powerlevelling.
The problem is, I have no Idea how, I understand the way these services could be sold, but not in a great amount of detail.
A couple of questions:
1. How hard is it to find people willing to sell their gold?
2.Linking in with above, how hard is it to actually find people who are willing to boost these players in HC
3. What is the best form of payment to the people who boost in HC as an example. Gold or Real currency and how much would be appropriate (e.g 24 people boost 1 person)

Any guides, helps, hints and tricks would be appreciated
I have the money to generally start a business like this, the domain and expertise skills of making the website look pretty, not like some out there that are very bland.

2. Depends on their Cut, Proper raiding guilds often look for some extra cash they can make for boosting people, just look around and chances are they are going to contact you, not the other way around

What's the average price people ask for 1K of gold, considering I'll be starting small (probably) and only selling to a few customers.
