Is buying gold on a really low pop server too risky?
I feel as if there's like 100 players on, it'd be rather apparent if say a lvl 1 runs up to you with gold.

No one will even notice it,if you are really that paranoid just tell him to meet human/orc start place. There just low level chars![]()
There is no risk to buying gold that I've ever heard unless you do is extremely frequently with a seller that gets busted.
A one time buy is usually fine unless the seller also gets busted.
Generally, the low pop realms are like a ghost towns in the non-crz zones like Org/SW, in all other locations they are in CRZ, so lots of peeps from different servers.
Noone will notice you, of course! But as Jaerin said, better buy gold from trusted dealer, because Blizzard sometimes monitor/flag the mindless chinese goldsellers, and tend to action some accounts, the chinese interact with.
I used to be on a high pop server that has now become a low pop server. I've bought gold a few times (high pop and low pop). I use the same source. A company that has been in business for years.
There really isn't any tangible difference between high pop and low pop servers in terms of buying gold.
People who buy dont get banned, sellers do.
Ive probably bought gold more then 100 times on same account in all my years of wow (since tbc) and ive never been bothered about it. Banned one on another account for selling.
