If you hack into someones account make new characters on the server there characters were in then send all their gold to your newly made level 1s not even made it to a main city yet then delete all there characters then remake then with lvl 1s with the same name then logout and play your account like normal whats the chance 1 out of 10 of getting banned?

Depends how much work the GM wants to put into it.

It's all logged. They know when characters are deleted, re-created, if you sent gold, they could track it if they wanted.

IE, on my account, a good while back, I lvl'd a pally up to mid-30's, decided I wanted to re-roll another class, but wanted the same name, so I deleted the pally and made a new toon.. ended up wanting to play a pally again, so asked for a restore, and the pally was restored (had to change the name after restore of course) -- but all the character information is stored..

Yeah anyways, back on track. No way to put a number on it. If the GM digs his heels in and really wants to track you down, you will be tracked down.
