account page help

hi i got my on server fully working but the problem is i don't have a server account page registration can somebody post some instructions for me ,And i so the MMOwned wow account creation page an i want to know how to create one myself,

on to the question, if you have set up all the stuff correctly like on dyndns.com, and stuff if your server was a repack it should have a website?
mine did i used ac-web repack i think search on google and thats a good one, i hope i helped Good Luck
