Become unbanned for "Unauthorized Access"?

Hi, I got banned for, like the threadname says,: "Unauthorized Access".
I scammed an acc and traded some gold (over AH) to me. Now they perma banned me for doing it.
I thought about telling them:
"Me and my boyfriend (the acc is registered on a female name^^) had some argue and he left me. Since he knew my account name and password, because it's on a sheet of paper near the PC, he may have done it. So please Blizzard, I'm already depressed enough."
Does anybody know another way how to make them unban me?
