Level 17 on a mount?! how?!

I couldnt get a screeni but in twisting nether around 9:45 pm pct (pasific coast time) in orgimar there was a levle 17 night elf hunter on a flying mount going around org and we couldnt attack him.!. how did he do this?! i would like to know p.s he was going pretty fast

It's just a bug, completely random.

You can do very little to get this to work when you want it to, the main thing you need is lag, and its really only when the server is lagging that it works, and yea, it pretty much only happens randomly.

Oh, when you said Mount, I thought you meant like a Horse or something, which would be awesome and weird.

When they are on the Gryphon and riding around, it was usually just lag.

The Only way a Lvl 17 could get on a mount is the BG mount which has no Level restrictions, but its impossible ot get r11 at lvl 17 =]

flight path change, through taxipath it looks like almost..
would that make sense? cause i know its mostly server side stuff

this is actually quite simple, you need to be a hunter or a warlock hunter works much better because their pets have a longer range. ok, you talk to the FP guy then send your pet out. right as your pet attacks the enemy, you accept the flight, youll just be able to fly around with the mount. you are unattackable and cant attack. to get off the mount you log off. when you log you willl fly to the FP you took. if you go over a zep while mounted.. bad things happen...
