Scamming/Banning question

Hey there, I just tried my first scam, and after the investigation completed, all the involved accounts were banned.

I foolishly transfered the gold to my main after laundering it through two accounts and five characters, but it was traced all the way back.

I can deal with loosing the gold and not being able to play for 72 hours, but all of a sudden a thought occurred to me that hadn't before, and I am freaking out...

Did/does/could the GM disclose the name of my main to the person whom I scammed? My reputation is important, and he's in a position to absolutely ruin me if he wants to...

Please either confirm or calm my mounting terror.

No, they will not tell the person you scammed your character's name. They're not allowed to because of privacy reasons

He's asking if the GM will tell the scammed person the name of the character who scammed him, because he may lose his (good ? :P) reputation at this guild/his server etc.
