[Theory] The reason why I think the bug on Darksorrow is happening...

... I think this is a trick for blizzard to earn shit lots of money and ensure that people buy their new xpac.
Just think about it. They release a preorder to the game + that you get a free 90 on any server you want, then this bug happens. What does this lead to? That people buy the xpac and creates a character on Darksorrow -> more money and a bigger player base in the future for them.
What are your thoughts?

I think it's just a bug that happens to every server when they are getting ready to merg it with other servers

Hell it could just be a bugged server and even after the reset it will work.

But yeah, wouldn't suprise me if your theory is correct tbh lol.

This has only been avaible since the last week, I did the same the week before and it was all normal, so its most likely a bug pre merge since the realm is under construction

I actually was in a group with someone who bought WoD just to get a lvl 90 on a dead server for this Darksorrow bug :P Sadly he didn't find any rares - guess everyone who does that, chooses the most dead servers and these end up pretty populated in terms of knowledgeable rare-seekers.
