Was recently banned in PQR wave, a few weeks beforehand I bought gold, didnt lose the gold/sky golem I bought with it but got an in-game mail with something along the lines of 'gold selling is bad, it hurts the economy' blah blah. What are my ban chances if I buy again?

I would lay low on that account. If you are to buy gold again do it through a guildbank where you withdraw some random amounts
