Question about making a new account.

Okay, so my account got closed down permanentely for exploiting, now i want to make another one,
How should i go about it? So far my plan is,

Trial account, Upgrade to Normal account, Then upgrade to BC, then use a gamecard, with all different contact information etc.

Is this sufficient enough to not get banned again from them, some people tell me they do ban again if they can match up IP , other people tell me they don't ban you for buying a new account or even if they match up IP, really confused and wondering what to do , Also they marked my CC # so i cant use that anymore which is why i thought of the gamecard =]

Your plan is ok for using
But I wouldn''t take the chance of letting your new acc. being banned because of IP relation to you banned acc. So use a IP hider or proxy
IP bans don''t come to often but .. just don''t take the risk
And keep using gamecards
