Perm banned for gold buying

Hi guys just looking for some feedback on how I can get my account back.

I am going to wait around a month before I do try and recover it.
Any other things I can do to increase my chances are much appreciated.

Don't wait. Ticket right now. You're shocked and upset because this happened, since you're innocent, remember? Don't admit to doing anything, stick to a single defense, trading gold to a friend, real life bet, friend quitting WoW and traded you. Don't beg and don't let them walk all over you. Don't apologize since you haven't done anything wrong in the first place and don't act guilty.
