I have came up with a way to make gold. I'm on a high pop server and if you're not in a guild you get invite spam. Well I decided to start taking the invites, loot the bank, leave guild and wait for the next invite. Is this bannable?

No, it isn't. Granted in the TOU it says blizz can "ban you with no warning or cause" but that would be the only way to get banned from this. If a guild has permissions set for a rank, and a player is that rank, they are entitled to what is available. Same with loot master. If someone is the loot master and ninjas something, it isn't a bannable offense because the loot is distributed as the loot master sees fit.
Although I have been told by a GM late last year after a guild officer went rogue and cleared a couple of bank tabs that if there is clear malicious intent, they will at bare minimum remove any items/gold gained from you.
100% true^ as being an old victim of this i have gotten my gbanks wiped my newbz and even after talking to many gm's they all said they would not do anything and it was my fault for setting the permissions as i did. This was approximately 2 years ago. Before that time when a guild bank was ninja'ed usually the ninja would be suspended/banned and the gold and items would be put back in it's rightful place. +4 when i can/24 hrs
You can get banned for this if you clean out the bank, but taking 1-2 stacks won't get you introuble.
Actually quite nifty. However I don't see this making any BIG money unless you are lucky.
I really don't have anything interesting to put here anymore.
