Is Blizzard Lying to us ?

    Hi,
So for introduction, I needed 3 accounts with BCH and 2months GT for 3 RaF I sold yesterday. As the first thing, I bought battlechests via the promotion (2,5pounds). Later in the night I saw cancelled payements so I was pretty confused. I checked my accounts and saw they're locked. Well, I contacted Blizzard (live chat) and the first GM said Paypal rejected these payments. He removed my BCH and unlocked my 2 accounts. I needed to contact Blizzard again (live chat), since my third account was registered on other name. The GM said again the same thing- Paypal rejected that payment. So I made these transactions again and then, just to be sure, called to Paypal. I was shocked, the call support said: "I can clearly see Blizzard void these payements, not us".

What do you guys think about it ? I don't think Paypal have reasons for lying to us so I'd guess Blizzard have. Or is there any other thing I miss ?

paypal likes to block your transaction so that YOUR money stays with them for a longer period of time, blizzard has no reason to reject your payment, unless the billing info on your account and payment method matches.
had a similar issue with paypal on different occasions, they blocked my transaction because they "thought" i was hacked. I wasnt even sending money, i was recieving it.

Problem solved. It's happened again and another GM told me this: "It was denied for security reasons, which is pretty common if you are not in your registered country when you make the payment". And this was the problem. Sorry for any misunderstoods.

I had something similar to this happen a while ago when I was doing the "hacked account dupe". Sometimes they'll just transaction "lock" your account, automatically voiding any transactions you make. I actually used this to get a BUNCH of free wow time (before RAF months were getting removed).
