Leveling a hunter?

I made an Orc Hunter he has full set of heirlooms besides trinkets. he also has the bone bow they are all 1-80. but by mistake i bought all leather because i didn't know that if i bought mail they would turn into cloth if i was below level 50 then go back to mail. I was told i don't have to get the mail i can use leather till level 85 but i probably will get the mail anyway. But what is the best way to level my hunter? he's beast mastery and i just did dungeons till 40 but i feel like even with this 50 percent increase i still don't level that quick. my other toon is a 90 blood dk

i would buy cheap starter (5 euros till 1st january) and use RaF dualboxing
