Any leveling hints/advice?

Haven't played for a while, got a level 80 protection pally with 232 item level.
How do I hit 85 ASAP? Any grinding spots or other hints to follow?

It shouldn't take more than 8 hours of just straight questing to reach 85 (Why not 90?), but farming on the Timeless Isle may help you if you have a friend willing to take you out there and grind for you.

My account isn't updated to MoP, that's why.
The main idea is to keep all the Cataclysm locations in their unphased condition.
The reasons are just too complex to explain and to understand

Hi,
My best leveling method with 80-85 is through dungeons. On these it's really worthy. Especially if you are rested, and you probably are, and have heirlooms. I do not have exact calculation where to go and when but I can hit these 5 levels in 2,5hrs, you just have to know the route Im using a second account with lvl 90, you do not probably have one. So you will need some friend for this.
Use only Blackrock Caverns till 81, you can use the Vortex Pinnacle aswell but that depends on your speed and dungeon cd. (Use portal from dalaran to tanaris - then to Uldum).
Stonecore till 83
The Lost City of Tolvir till 84
And Only Grim Batol + Twilight Highlands arena to 85

Between dungeon CD just quest in that location

I'm sorry I didn't provide all the information in the first post, but:
-I've got no level 90s to help me
-I've got no heirlooms
-I'm not sure if I can do the Cata dungeons with my current squishy ~30k HP
-I want to level to 85 withount doing a single quest in any of Cata zones (except for dungeons)
