they are a community of "elite" model changers. they can do things with model editing you wouldnt know of. they are VERY MUCH against sharing and unless you can pass their time wasting tests then i wouldnt bother with them.

Nogg comes from "Noggenfogger", which can be used to slowfall and reach places you might not have been able to before.

Some are idiots, but we've got some idiots here too. Some are awsome, but we've got some awsome people here too.

The difference is they like to keep their secrets more secret, so there is a less chance of them getting nerfed. And in all honestly, theres nothing wrong with that.
