Question about battlechest and RaF

Hello.

My friend and I have plans about using the RaF feature. What we want to do is that I will buy a battle chest and create a new battle.net account in my name. The reason I want to do this on a battle chest account is that I live in Denmark where the RaF feature is not allowed. The whole point is that I will make the "RaF account" from Sweden in the same name as my main account from Denmark.
Will I be able to transfer the RaF character from the swedish account when it hits level 80 to my main account from Denmark?

And will I bring my main account in trouble, like is this method bannable?

There are a better solution to have one char 80, buy a SoR account, rez him, and transfer the char on your main account. Pm me if you need more informations.

The RaF is up to level 85 since the new patch ^^.

Yes I know this method, but what I also know is that it is bannable even though the chance is small.
I know RaF is up to level 85 now but the battle chest does not include Cataclysm.

No its not something Blizzard will bann you for. Blizzard wants you to use RAF but they aren't allowed to offer you this service because of your country restrictions.
My advice is to contact Blizzard by phone when your RAF time is over and ask them if they can change your country because "you noticed you selected the wrong country". They might ask for your ID for verifications but after that they can easily change it, and you can swap the characters between accounts after.

By the way, I believe RAF doesn't work at this moment, at least not in Europe yet.
