Sold a wow account, and it got hacked.

Hello, For 1-2 months ago I sold my wow account. The sale went really smooth. The guy who bought it from me was really nice.
I provided a picture of my ID and SQ answer. But the problem is, the account got hacked. And he asked if I could help him.
I said sure, no idea why I should do it because I gave him all the information he needed but oh well.
Anyways, I contacted blizzard by live support and got the account transfered to my email. And he gave me the email that I should send the email change to.
Said and done, but however, there was some issue. He said the link was invalid, but I got the mail that the account was transfered to the mail. I tried to log in with my mail, did not work. Tried to log in to his mail, and it didnt work. I contacted blizzard once again and explained the issue. Got the account restored to my email again and now I cant get in touch with the guy. I have had the account for over a week and he is online on skype every day. Trying to contact him every day but he dosent respond.

I would love to take the account back because I feel like I wanna play wow again. But I dont wanna scam him. I dont wanna sink so low...
But what the hell should I do? I cant get in touch with him, I have tried but he just dosent respond. Sold the account for around 40-50 USD/Euro.

It seems to me that you do all in your powers to get the account back to its rightful owner.

How did you sell your account? Did you sell it here on OwnedCore, and if so, do you know the username of the guy that bought it?

Did not sell it here. I will contact him on the forum I sold it on.

Left him a skype message that I wont bother with it. He got my ID and should be able to do it himself.
