From what I can read in the verdict, Blizzard will sue their ass off if they do so themselves or support / help anyone in that direction, unfortunately

Defendants, and all persons under Defendants’ direction, supervision, and/or control are prohibited from transferring or assigning the Software or its source code, to any individual or entity other than Blizzard, including by making available or uploading the software to Google Code, or otherwise “open sourcing” the source code for the Software.

What I am going to miss the most is the LUA unlocker in PG, it was awesome to have access to, it was what I primarily used. I rarely farmed, even though it did that great too, and with the team so close to having pathing, man that would have been epic

Well **** it, shit happens, just hope the whole team is alright IRL. It's just a game.
