Selling account question

So I was wondering if I could transfer a level 60 DK off my main account onto a new battle.net account and sell the new account with ally achievements, mounts, titles etc. I would make the new account with the same last name as my main account so that I can transfer a character between them and then the buyer would be able to change the account name if they send in a photocopy of their ID to blizzard. Would this work or have I missed something/does it not work?

Also of this does work how risky would it be in terms of being banned by blizz on either account?

You can't transfer the mounts on your another account.

Sell his account is against the ToS but you will never banned on your second account for that.

Thanks for the reply, it says the new account will get the achievements though, does this mean the account will have achievement mounts?

I think you keep your Achievments but not the mounts
