Got a ban - Using third-party programs without bot

Hi all,

I got a temporary ban. The reason are using third-party programs but i don't use a bot on my main account.

I would you ask if i used "prospector", a keys spammer to destroy components (herbs, items or ore), i can take a ban with this ?

Moreover, i use bot on others accounts for leveling some characters, same question, i can take a ban with this on my main account ?

They can ban you on your main account if you use a bot on other account, rarely but i've seen it happen, also yes they can ban you for using a keyspammer. because it's a 3rd party program and does things you should not do.

If you used a keyspammer you probably just kept doing whatever the keyspammer was set to do when blizzard looked into the account and possibly tried to contact you = its pretty obvious you are automating it

I've gotten a 72 hour ban on my main account while perm banned on another account for hacking... so.. This is possible.

Even if you email them they won't tell you what you were doing, they don't give that information away.

I sended a message to explain that i didn't bot but i use "a maccro" to destroy some components and i spam it

After more examination, the perma ban (on the first message, it was a tempory ban but the second GM told it was a perma ban) became a ban of 72 hours. However the next recurrence i will get perma ban. And yes, they say nothing about the cause of the sanction.

My new question is : how can I bot to other accounts without having to worry about with my main account? I have a second PC but on the same IP (wifi) and it is a problem for my main account. Some help, will be nice.

Blizzard very very rarely ban because of IP relations, if you are botting on an account; that account gets action taken against it. No other account you own will unless you are breaking the rules on that too. Even if they are on the same b.net accounts only the actual wow account breaking rules gets punished.

Yes, i sold a lot of millions gold on french servers But very rarely with my main account and i try to trade gold versus pets or some items to fake Blizzard.

Edit : I think i took a sanction "exploiting economy or something" but i am ban for third party programs.
