Has anyone else been noticing large numbers of level 6 P/S Spectral Tiger Cubs being sold?

I think it's odd that they are all level 6, so I was wondering if it is part of some sort of duping scam.

yes they are duped, as I've seen only on US so far
if you're looking for non duped one, just buy them with level 1-5

Yes, chinese sellers have a method to duplicate (eu / us), bought 11 vials of the sands yesterday from them, and they duped TCG mounts or tiger cub on US, less on EU because they dont have the mounts to duplicate.

But the method is secret :/
