Cross Realm Question?

Hey guys,

Right now I'm pretty broke and I was thinking of earning gold by cross realm farming.

Can I group up with a level 90 of a dead server and say go kill poseidus? Does that work?

What ways can I "exploit" cross realm to make gold?

In everyway you can imagine. Populated server has too many X so i'll farm Y where there's less X.

So I went X-Realm and when I went to say the storm peaks, or deepholm, there were people who were "auto cross realming" and they were all from a bunch of different servers.

Didn't really work like I planned. Any other ideas?
