Looking for old Quest Exploit

I'm desperately looking for the Quest Exploit which let you get any Quest you wanted by using Cheat Engine.
However I can't manage to find it. Was it posted in Elite where I don't have access anymore?

Please help me to find it

I'm pretty sure this was in elite exploits.

It was in Elite when it was on retail. Later it was in EMU section posted by Teryaki.
