AutoHotKey and WoW?

I was if anyone knew if AutoHotKey is detectable by wow and how safe it is to use. I just want to use it to whip up an anti afk script with the random delay feature, but I wanted to see if anyone knew about how safe it is to use. Thanks.

Autohotkey doesn't inject in wow nor it reads anything from it, just simulates keyboard/mouse.
