Win-Trading Arena, How do you do it?

So how do these Rank 1 Players do it every season? Plz Explain the Team A / B / C stuff Thanks

You cant win trade arena anymore as far as i know, people who get glad now are actually gladiators.

You dont have to wintrade to get rank 1, someones always gonna be better and therefor r1

That's not true all in Cata the top 3 teams on my battlegroup were disqualified for Win Trading, this was without the mmr exploit
