Voice addon idea!

Now I am not any LUA coder by any stretch of the imagination so I won't be coding this but I was just wondering how people would like an addon that is used for public voice chat. Much like in some Garrys mod server, you talk and everyone close can hear it and as you move further away the sound fades out. Now sure people will use it for spam but you will be able to ban people via their battle-tag so that if you think that one person spams you will be able to choose to ban their entire account. This will make people abit more caucious I think. Would this be cool or just dumb?

I think this sounds like an awesome idea I've also had ideas like this just never brought it to anyone's attention. Like a trade chat but through voice. You can join different channels and either they will be like text to talk ie. /2 WTS blah blah item. "Bot speaker says WTS blah blah item". or just regular human chat. Impossible with the blizzard addon API. It would need to be a funky external program, and it would be rather difficult to figure out positions of clients to accomplish it.

If it had active moderation, sure. But I would go crazy if I had to listen to 12 year olds spamming anal [spell name] in voice chat as well as in trade chat.
