How to appeal a ban?

Im sorry if this its not in the right forum. Couple days ago i got permanently banned from botting. Is there any guide with some things that you can say to blizzard so they maybe appeal the ban? This account wasnt banned before and i was Gladiator with one char ,( didnt do anything except farm since 5.1). Thanks for the help

If you we're botting gathering stuff then they have evidence. Pure evidence. There isnt really a way around saying that you didnt do it, which would be the only way you could/would be unbanned. Dont do the crime if you dont want to pay the time =/

still worth trying, just be polite. From what I've heard from friends: they're barely ever 100% certain that you were exploiting. If you just stay polite you might have a small chance still.
