So i scammed this account and got all the right info except for the secret question and i sent email to blizz asking to change the email, will they still change it even though i don't have the Secret question / answer but i provided the rest, Think they will change it? Thanks in advance.

I don't know, Blizzard is paranoid down to the last nerve, so I don't think it will work.

you didnt send the email to blizzard to change the email, this is what happens.
when you ask to have the email changed then an email with a link, that you have to click in order to change the email, is sent to the old emailaddress

If I have email X and i want to change it to email Y, then an email is sent to X and i have to click / copy the link in that email in order to complete the email change to Y.
